Abbaye Notre-Dame de Saint-Rémy - Belgian Rochefort 6 is a dark Trappist beer that is the weakest out of the Rochefort beers. The Abbey first brewed this beer in 1953 and the recipe has hardly changed since. The reddish colour of autumn leaves, a soft body and an earthy, herbal palate (a hint of Darjeeling tea), which develops into a deep fruitiness.
