Oud Beersel Oude Geuze is a traditional Oude Geuze from Brouwerij Oud Beersel in Beersel, Belgium.
Golden yellow with a fruity, hoppy aroma and the characteristic wild-fermentation notes of lambic. Tart and refreshing, with gentle bitterness and a dry, smooth finish.
Oude Geuze is made by blending lambics of different ages matured in wooden barrels, followed by refermentation in the bottle. Oud Beersel gives this beer a shelf life of 20 years, during which it continues to develop.
