Brewed with Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops for their aromatic qualities the Trappist monks have added a new twist to the typical Belgian blonde beer. The earthiness which comes from these Germanic and Bohemian hops, mixed with a natural spiciness, brings out an unusual selection of notes in the green label. Alongside this secret spices have been added showcasing the Trappist brewmasters perfection of the craft for this celebration of Chimay’s heritage.
