De la Senne/Cantillon-Biere de Coupage (6.2%) 33cl

Biere de Coupage Quintessence Blend 2025 is a collaborative beer between Brasserie de la Senne and Cantillon and it has been brewed to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Cantillon’s Quintessence. Coupage is an ancient and Belgian brewing technique, whereby sour beer is blended with a young ale. The result is an amber beer that is quite tart. It is non-filtered and fermentation takes place in the bottle.
