Mount Saint Bernard Abbey - British Using the same ingredients that the monks use in the original Tynt Meadow plus the addition of vanilla, mandarin, orange and sherbet., the Trappists of Mount St Bernard have produced a lighter, refreshing English style blond with hints of clove and peppers on a layer of delightful bitterness. Delicately balanced with an initial hop bitterness but then followed by softer, sweeter notes of malt and ripe yellow stone fruit.
