St Feuillien Brune is a Belgian abbey-style brown ale brewed by Brasserie St-Feuillien in Le Roeulx.
Ruby-brown with a generous head. Malty and fruity, with flavours of caramel, liquorice and dark chocolate, balanced by a moderate bitterness from aromatic hops and special malts.
Brasserie St-Feuillien was founded in 1873 and takes its name from the former Abbey of Saint-Feuillien. Its beers undergo a traditional fermentation and maturation followed by a second fermentation in the bottle.
